Concerts for Change and Running for Change meet Terry McAuliffe
Yesterday the DC staff of Concerts for Change and Run Against Bush took a trip over the national headquarters of the DNC. We got to hang out with none other than Terry McAuliffe for a while, discussing everything from hurricane Ivan to John Edwards to grassroots organizing. He's an amazingly engaging guy, and was quite interested what we've been up to here in our windowless office and what our volunteers are doing all across the country. After a short meet-and-greet with the chairman of the Florida Democratic Party via telephone, both the runners and the rockers gave him a shirt and posed for the obligatory picture.
